About The Position
The main purpose of this position is to provide staff Registered Nurse support to the Calvert County Destination Wellness Program through case management, outreach, education, screening and assessment. This position will provide these services through the Calvert County Health Department.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse from the Maryland State Board of Nursing.
- Possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland (if assigned duties requiring vehicle operation).
- Provide a telephone number at which they can be reached.
Nice To Haves
- Experience providing nursing case management services.
- Experience conducting social determinants of health (SDOH) screenings.
- Experience referring and connecting clients to health and social services.
