As a member of the Imperial Service Team, you’ll lead a team of client facing employees within the banking centre, as well as other banking centres within your community to deliver on CIBC’s Purpose of helping to make our client’s ambition a reality. You will excel in understanding what is important for our clients and ensure we provide advice and the appropriate products and solutions to meet our clients goals. As a Community General Manager (CGM), you will build a capable and motivated team through proactive talent management. You will be empowered to create a positive work environment, ensure effective operations, processes, controls and compliance, promote CIBC and build a strong reputation in the community resulting in superior client experiences and CIBC growth that exceeds our peers.
