This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, conducting inventory, and cleaning the facility. Training is provided on the job. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations, making correct change, strong verbal and written communication skills for order processing, and computer/touch screen proficiency. The work environment includes varying temperatures, potential exposure to fumes and dust, and working in cramped spaces. Sensing requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and differentiating hot/cold surfaces. Temperaments required include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. Additional duties include delivering products by car and to the customer's door, and distributing marketing materials. This requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, and navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses. Delivery personnel must navigate various terrains, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying product. Physical demands include carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages during deliveries, driving within a designated area, and walking to and from the delivery vehicle and customer locations. Climbing stairs (five or more flights) may be required. The work conditions involve exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries and require far and night vision for driving.
