About The Position

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated, highly organized leasing professional to support the daily operations of the leasing team at an apartment community. The role helps prospective residents find a home by providing personalized tours, recommending floorplans and neighborhood amenities, and following up on leads with tailored information. The consultant contributes to leasing performance through customer service, sales and marketing outreach, creative campaigns, and social media, while helping create a welcoming community experience for residents and colleagues. Saturday availability is required because weekends are a high-traffic period for prospective residents.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
1–2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role; real estate or property management experience is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Availability to work Saturdays.
