The company provides autonomy, technology, and support to organize, budget, and monitor all phases of building a customer's new home. As a leader of the on-site construction team, the Community Construction Manager will supervise subcontractor activities, monitor all costs and implement cost controls, and inspect homes at various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

3-5 years’ experience managing the entire construction process
Knowledge of building code requirements
Knowledge of scheduling methods
Supervisory skills necessary
Must maintain a valid driver’s license

Bachelor’s degree preferred
