Community Construction Manager
About The Position
K. Hovnanian is celebrating over 65 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. This role will play a large part in the everyday decisions that help build dream homes where people will raise their families, create memories, and enjoy their lives. Over 300,000 families have put their dreams in our hands. You will be responsible for organizing, budgeting, and monitoring all phases of building a customer's new home. As a leader of our on-site construction team, you will supervise subcontractor activities, monitor all costs and implement cost controls, and walk homes in various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience managing the entire construction process
- Knowledge of building code requirements
- Knowledge of scheduling methods
- Supervisory skills necessary
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
