About The Position

K. Hovnanian is seeking a Community Construction Manager to lead the on-site construction team and oversee the phases of building customers’ new homes. The role has autonomy, technology, and support to organize, budget, and monitor construction work. The manager supervises subcontractor activities, monitors costs and implements cost controls, and walks homes at various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing the entire construction process.
• Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods.
• Supervisory skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
