About The Position

Join ACNB Bank as a Community Banking Supervisor and be a driving force behind creating exceptional customer experiences, achieving office goals, and fostering a collaborative, customer-oriented culture. This role involves leading and empowering a dynamic banking team while ensuring operational excellence. You will lead by example in building relationships with customers and expanding financial solutions, supervise the Community Banking Associate team to ensure efficient transaction processing and exceptional customer service, and support and coach team members in meeting sales goals, balancing performance, and adhering to bank standards. You will also oversee operational functions such as cash management, vault supervision, and ATM servicing, coordinate workflow and collaborate with the Community Banking Manager to achieve office goals, and participate in team staffing and development processes, including onboarding and performance management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years as a Community Banking Associate (Teller) or a comparable position with demonstrated understanding of operational and administrative banking functions.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Effective communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Capacity to lift and move currency/coin (up to 50 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Effectively supervise, coach, and mentor the Community Banking Associate team to achieve performance expectations, uphold standards, and foster an atmosphere of teamwork and communication.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service experiences and resolve inquiries and service deficiencies promptly and accurately.
• Maintain precision in balancing and managing vault, office currency, and coin levels, while ensuring adherence to controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate office-wide success by guiding the team to identify sales opportunities and make referrals to other departments or services.
• Mitigate risks by ensuring strict compliance with policies, procedures, and security protocols to protect the bank and customers.
