About The Position

FPMS is seeking an experienced and highly organized Onsite Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee the daily operations of a residential community within the Miami metropolitan area. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors, and residents while ensuring the community is maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid background in community association management. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Active Florida CAM License REQUIRED
  • Minimum 4–6 years of Community Association Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of HOA/Condominium operations, budgeting, vendor management, and governing documents
  • Experience working directly with Boards of Directors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution professionally and effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned community
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, and vendors
  • Coordinate and attend Board meetings, annual meetings, and committee meetings as needed
  • Prepare management reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up items
  • Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and community projects
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure community standards are maintained
  • Assist with budgeting, financial review, and reserve planning
  • Ensure compliance with association governing documents and Florida statutes
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries and resolve resident concerns in a timely manner
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, violations, and community communications
