About The Position
As the Community Alignment Coordinator, you'll develop and deliver curriculum, facilitate trainings, and conduct outreach across Texas. We need someone with strong communication skills, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude. You should be organized, motivated, and passionate about community impact. Collaborating with internal and external partners, you'll help promote our mission and expand our reach through high-quality training programs and strategic partnerships. This role demands proactive problem-solving and thrives in a collaborative environment dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through education and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Public Health, Education, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
- Two (2) years of experience in curriculum development, training facilitation, and community outreach, preferably in an early childhood or healthcare-related field
