About The Position

Taylor Management is seeking a Part-Time Community Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our property management team. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible work hours while contributing to the efficient management of homeowner and condominium associations. Working hours are approximately 20-25 hours per week. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Customer service oriented with a professional attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in community or property management preferred
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Managing community records and documentation
  • Responding promptly to homeowner inquiries and concerns
  • Assisting with maintenance request coordination
  • Supporting the Community Manager with administrative tasks
  • Preparing materials for community meetings
