This is a high-visibility role that works directly with executives, business line leaders and teams across the enterprise to shape how Amegy communicates, connects and shows up internally. The ideal candidate brings strong financial services or banking experience, sound business acumen and the confidence to partner with senior leaders. You are a gifted writer and storyteller, a trusted advisor, a strong project manager and a creative problem solver. You are equally comfortable crafting executive messages, interviewing bankers in the field, managing live internal events and leading communications during sensitive or high-stakes moments. This role serves as the internal face of Amegy Bank, someone who understands the nuances of the industry and can translate complex information clearly.
