The Metropolitan Club is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and execution-oriented Communications Manager to lead the club’s communications, content strategy, and marketing initiatives. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, including Events, Food & Beverage, Membership, Wellness, and Hotel, this role supports a wide range of programs and marketing efforts to strengthen the club’s brand, drive member engagement, advance key business objectives, and enhance the overall member and guest experience. The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive communicator with strong project management skills and a proven ability to transform ideas into compelling, high-performing content and campaigns. We are looking for a creative problem-solver who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, effectively manage multiple priorities, and build strong relationships across the organization to deliver meaningful results. The successful candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional member and guest experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment.
