About The Position
AV Taxi Rides is hiring a professional and organized Communications Associate to support daily communication efforts, customer engagement, and administrative coordination. This role helps ensure effective communication between customers, office staff, and operations teams while maintaining a high standard of service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with customer communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Provide accurate information regarding transportation services and scheduling
- Maintain communication records and customer documentation
- Assist with preparing informational materials and service updates
- Coordinate appointment confirmations and customer follow-ups
- Support administrative and office functions as needed
- Ensure professional and timely communication with customers and staff
