About The Position

The Communications Associate is responsible for supporting the internal and external communications strategies for the firm. This role involves working closely with the executive management team to ensure smooth top-down communication that resonates with employees across all functions, levels, and locations. The associate will collaborate with stakeholders in the Investment, Technology, and Corporate teams to enhance connectivity and awareness throughout the organization. Key responsibilities include creating and distributing audience-specific communications such as firm newsletters, organizational announcements, and updates on firm initiatives, as well as measuring the success of communication campaigns and adapting strategies based on data and feedback. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with Investor Relations to develop marketing and investor relations materials, and to create and maintain content for the firm's internal and external websites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a strong academic record.
  • 2+ years of experience in a communications role, with a focus on internal communications, content strategy, and writing/presentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working closely with investment professionals and technologists and ability to quickly grasp financial and technical concepts and convey them in writing to a variety of audiences.
  • Highly developed organization and project management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to working with other teams and comfortable in a self-starter environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
