As a Communications Advisor within PNC's Corporate Communications organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities include but are not limited too: -Executes day-to-day channel operations (intranet, email distribution, video/livestreaming platform) -Triages intake requests and supports prioritization against channel criteria -Manages channel-level access, permissions and contributor support -Applies channel standards and best practices in daily execution -Provides BAU troubleshooting, support and issue resolution -Maintains channel health through content quality, structure, usability and consistency checks -Guides partners on tactical requirements, placement and publishing needs -Flags recurring operational issues, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities -Supports re-platforming, redesign and enhancement work through testing, documentation and execution PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Independently designs, develops, produces and consults on a variety of internal and external communications. Implements strategic priorities and initiatives. Consults on a variety of internal and external communications. Plans, researches, and develops content for increasingly complex communications initiatives. Identifies issues and opportunities, helps to contribute on all aspects of communication with the organization, and engages other parts of the organization to help ensure strategic alignment, clarity, and accuracy of message. Proactively collects and synthesizes data in order to identify trends. Readily identifies tactical and strategic implications. Actively participates on cross-functional teams, influences outcomes, and evaluates success as appropriate. Implements and oversees activities including approval requirements, coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners. Helps partner with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives. Requirements

  • University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Responsibilities
