In this role, you will help plan and deliver engaging internal communications initiatives aligned with global business objectives, collaborating with teams across regions and functions.

Requirements

Ability to deliver clear, engaging and consistent internal communications
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both French and English
Ability to use storytelling to create impactful narratives across channels
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
Aptitude for using digital tools such as SharePoint, Canva or Asana
Knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.

Responsibilities

Support the planning, execution and measurement of internal communications initiatives and campaigns
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide day-to-day communications support
Draft, edit and coordinate content across internal channels such as intranet, newsletters and videos
Support internal events through logistics coordination and content development
Maintain and improve communication processes, tools and templates
Track progress and contribute to reporting on communications activities and performance
Uphold the company’s brand, voice and visual identity for internal audiences
