You will develop a deep understanding of the business, how teams work together and how communication can drive impact. The ideal candidate is a curious communicator who can ideate, research, write, edit, promote, measure, and manage content across channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, planning, writing, editing and proofreading skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to influence without authority, build trusted partnerships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated and organized, with strong time management and creative problem-solving skills in deadline-driven environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications and photo/video capture equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional communications liaison; learn the function well and lead development of communication plans and execution.
• Understand the organization’s industry, brand characteristics, business strategy, and priorities.
• Plan, develop and edit compelling content to drive the corporate brand.
• Adjust communication plans or channels as data and other trends and insights direct.
• Coordinate details and touchpoints to engage team members in campaigns, events, and activities.
• Assist in communication channel management.
