Requirements

Minimum 2 years of related experience
Strong attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree preferred (not required)
Background in banking, finance, or accounting strongly preferred
Experience with ancillary products such as GAP, lifetime oil plans, and related F&I products is a plus

Responsibilities

Resolve customer inquiries related to payments, inventory, funding, banking, and general concerns
Provide support across phone, email, and chat channels
Escalate and document issues appropriately
Partner with Shared Services teams to identify solutions and perform root cause analysis
Navigate multiple systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Assist with process improvements and knowledgebase updates
Meet Quality Assurance and performance expectations
Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy
Build strong relationships with dealerships, leadership, and cross-functional teams
