We are looking for friendly, organized, and motivated Communications Coordinators to join our growing pediatric and orthodontic organization. Unlike a traditional call center, each Communications Coordinator is assigned to a primary office location and becomes an integral part of that office's team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients calling your assigned practice, working closely with the Office Manager, doctors, and clinical team to ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from their very first interaction. While your primary responsibility will be supporting one designated office, you will also assist with overflow calls from other locations as needed to ensure all patients receive timely service.
