About The Position

Accurate Home Care is seeking a compassionate and organized communicator for their part-time Communication Care Center Specialist position. This role serves as the first point of positive contact for clients, families, and caregivers with Accurate Home Care. The position is located at the Otsego Office/Remote, with hours on Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm (Remote) and every other Saturday & Sunday from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm (On call remote). The starting rate is $16.00/hour.

Requirements

• HS diploma
• Basic understanding of home health care services
• Basic understanding of medical terminology required
• Fluent in the English language

Nice To Haves

• One year of customer service or call center experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone and software system to assist caller by answering questions and/or routing the caller to the appropriate representative
• Provide office support including but not limited to data entry, medical records, checking and forwarding faxes, transcription, scanning, completing form order requests, mail and various other types of administrative support
• Use professional communication both verbal and written while providing exceptional customer service to all inside and outside contacts
