About The Position

This entry-level, on-site hospitality role focuses on memorable, high-touch guest interactions at hotels, resorts, attractions, venues, or entertainment properties. The associate interacts face-to-face with guests and helps them navigate their experience, responds to questions, assists with service issues, and shares feedback and recurring needs with the team. The role suits someone who is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, detail-oriented, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but training may be provided.
