About The Position

The Common Area Attendant cleans public areas and maintains the cleanliness of the lobby. The role requires maintaining a positive image through professional appearance and conduct, and performing other duties as requested. The position is based at Max Daytona in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Requirements

• Stand and maintain well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
• Have strong organizational skills to balance multiple duties and assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
• Be able to push and pull carts and equipment.
• Be able to bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Prior hospitality experience.
