About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Common Area Attendant responsible for cleaning and maintaining communal resort spaces, including lobby areas, public restrooms, and other resort areas. The attendant keeps these spaces clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest use in a timely manner. The role also calls for a helpful, professional approach that supports a positive guest impression and contributes to extraordinary guest experiences.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a hotel, resort, or related field preferred.
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities
- Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- Vacuum guest corridors and stairwells.
- Keep hallways, public areas, and closets neat, organized, and up to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in public restrooms.
- Keep communal resort spaces clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest use.
