About The Position

This role is responsible for loading and delivering litter from Company/Contract ranches to customer sites or the Fertilizer Plant. The driver will also be responsible for pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections, maintaining equipment in a clean and safe condition, and adhering to all Company Bio-Security Policies and Procedures. Accurate and legible paperwork submission is also a key function of this role.

Requirements

• Valid California Class A driver’s license with tankers and doubles endorsements.
• Current medical card.
• Acceptable DMV record.
• Two years' experience pulling double trailers.
• Ability to operate a variety of trucks, trailers, and articulated wheel loaders.
• Able to work overtime and weekends and adjust to changing schedules.
• Must adhere to all Company Bio-Security Policies and Procedures.
• Ability to read and follow road maps and customer site maps.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip & post-trip equipment inspections in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
• Load and deliver litter from Company/Contract ranches and deliver to customer sites or the Fertilizer Plant.
• Submit accurate, legible paperwork including activity sheets, Delivery tags, logbooks (when needed), Service sheets, and Vehicle Condition reports.
• Adhere to Company Bio-Security Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain equipment in a clean/safe condition.
• Other duties as assigned.
