About The Position

The Commissions Coordinator supports the Sales organization by reporting and tracking sales commission data and metrics. Working under the direction of the VP of Finance – Commissions and senior commissions staff, the coordinator prepares monthly commission reporting, maintains supporting data, compiles information from internal systems and databases, and researches discrepancies. The role supports the communication and administration of commission and incentive plans, policies, and quotas, but does not design them. It requires meeting firm monthly deadlines, maintaining accuracy with detailed and repetitive data, and exercising discretion when handling confidential information. Success is measured by complete and timely reporting, early identification and escalation of discrepancies, and records that allow calculations to be traced to supporting data. The role also supports commission accrual and payment reconciliation with Finance and Payroll, responds to routine inquiries from Sales, helps test system changes, and identifies data-quality issues or system gaps that affect commission calculations. The position is remote; duties are performed from the employee’s home or another approved remote location. Remote employees are expected to maintain productivity, communication, and availability during agreed-upon working hours in alignment with company policies.
