About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Commissions Specialist to ensure accurate commissions and KPIs for Rental Sales Representatives and timely payroll processing. The role manages commission eligibility evaluations, pay and KPI adjustments, and processing in accordance with Rental Sales Representative Compensation Policies and internal audit processes. The specialist works closely with Sales Team management to verify commission-related payroll before deadlines, explain commission calculations and KPI impacts, research and process eligible variances, and professionally resolve disputes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and with intranet/internet.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with virtual coaching or training.
• At least one year of New Account Coordinator experience with Cintas or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate commission eligibility and manage adjustments to pay and KPIs.
• Process commissions in accordance with Rental Sales Representative Compensation Policies and internal audit processes.
• Work with Sales Team management to ensure commission-related payroll is accurate before deadlines.
• Explain commission calculation details and KPI impacts.
• Research and process eligible commission variances.
• Resolve commission disputes professionally.
