About The Position
The Choate Agency, powered by Symmetry Financial Group (SFG), is a high-growth life insurance sales organization seeking top-performing closers. This remote role offers unlimited earning potential with no salary cap or territory limits. The agency provides a proprietary lead system, a proven sales system, and real mentorship to help producers protect American families with life insurance and build significant wealth through commission and residual income. The company is looking for individuals with a proven commission sales track record who are hungry to control their own income, coachable, possess strong communication skills, and are current U.S. residents. While an insurance background is not required, a life insurance license or the willingness to obtain one is necessary, with the company assisting in licensing costs.
Requirements
- Proven commission sales track record (real estate, solar, mortgages, auto, financial services, etc.)
- Hunger to control your own income
- Coachability — ego kills careers here; the system wins
- Strong communication skills and zero fear of a conversation
- Current U.S. residency and work authorization (this role is open to U.S. residents only)
- A life insurance license OR the willingness to obtain one (we'll help cover the cost)
Responsibilities
- Work inbound and warm leads generated through our proprietary platform
- Conduct needs-based consultations with families seeking life insurance coverage
- Present tailored solutions using our proven sales process
- Close business, hit your personal income goals, and build a book of residual income
- Track activity in our CRM and collaborate with your team leader
- Grow into a leadership role and earn overrides as you build your own team
