About The Position
The Hickman & Choate Agencies, powered by Symmetry Financial Group (SFG), are seeking high-performing individuals to join their growing life insurance sales team. This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position for U.S. residents. The role involves working with warm leads generated by a proprietary tech platform, conducting needs-based consultations, presenting tailored solutions, and closing business. There is a clear path for leadership and building a team, with opportunities for uncapped earnings and residual renewal income. The company emphasizes a proven sales system, mentorship from experienced producers, and support for obtaining a life insurance license.
Requirements
- A proven commission sales track record (real estate, solar, mortgage, auto, financial services, etc.)
- The hunger to control your own income
- Coachability — ego kills careers here; the system wins
- Strong communication skills and zero fear of a conversation
- Current U.S. residency and work authorization
- A life insurance license OR the willingness to obtain one (we help cover the cost)
