About The Position

Provide customer service and support for office administrative staff. This role involves closing transactions, distributing commission checks, and applying commission and escrow deposits, including balancing reports. The specialist will also address customer inquiries via phone and email, and ensure adherence to company procedures, guidelines, and policies while engaging in company values.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in an operations support/customer service role or related experience
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
