The Financial Analyst & Commission Specialist will support the CFO and leadership team by developing, maintaining, and analyzing financial models, reports, dashboards, and sales commission calculations used to evaluate business performance and support operational decision-making. Responsibilities include accurate and timely administration of sales commissions, maintaining commission models, validating data inputs, reconciling calculations, and supporting management reporting. The role also involves assisting with forecasting, KPI reporting, borrowing base reporting, automation initiatives, and ad hoc financial analysis. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage recurring processes with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. This role is onsite in Irvine, CA.
