From managing share draft exceptions to processing wires and ATM deposits, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly while protecting our members and maintaining compliance.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of banking experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in item processing or proof operations preferred
Experience with cash letter processing and ten-key by touch preferred
Working knowledge of banking regulations (Reg E, BSA, OFAC, CIP) is a plus

Responsibilities

Support daily processing operations by ensuring transactions are accurate, balanced, and completed on time.
Process share draft files.
Review and resolve exceptions such as NSF items and stop payments.
Research discrepancies as needed.
Handle teller and ATM items.
Review deposits for accuracy.
Identify potential fraud in partnership with the Fraud and Collections teams.
Process remote deposits and wires.
Prepare cash letters.
Manage incoming deposits and payments.
Monitor processing queues.
Complete account balancing and adjustments.
Ensure compliance with all regulations.
Provide backup support for ACH, Card Services, and other operational areas.
Focus on accuracy, meeting deadlines, and quickly resolving any issues that arise.
