About The Position

ArcelorMittal Mines et Infrastructure is currently looking for a clerk who provides administrative and operational support to various teams by contributing to data management, activity tracking, and the smooth running of daily operations. They act as a point of contact for various internal requests and ensure the rigor of administrative processes. In this role, the incumbent will be called upon to support several teams at ArcelorMittal, depending on operational needs, and to adapt to different environments and priorities.

Requirements

  • Relevant training (one of the following diplomas or equivalent): Bachelor's or certificate in administration, Technical DEC in administration, Technical DEC in office automation, DEP in secretarial studies
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (an asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Rigor, precision, and attention to detail in data processing
  • Good organizational and priority management skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Team spirit and service orientation
  • Autonomy and proactive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, validation, and updating in internal systems
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of various files (production, operations, HR, maintenance, or others)
  • Prepare and produce reports and tracking tables (hours, activities, indicators, etc.)
  • Process administrative documents (forms, work orders, internal requests)
  • Coordinate information flow and documentation between teams
  • Ensure filing, archiving, and updating of records
  • Provide support to managers and teams for daily activities
  • Respond to information requests and direct to the appropriate resources
  • Participate in the improvement of administrative processes
  • Perform any other related tasks in connection with operations
