About The Position

In this role, you will be the connecting link between market, product, and sales. You will ensure that innovations are successfully translated into commercial results and help our Lely Centers to optimally advise dairy farmers about the latest developments in automatic milking. You combine market insight, data analysis, and product knowledge with a strong commercial mindset. You will work closely with colleagues in the Benelux and international teams to identify and exploit growth opportunities.

Requirements

• You have a commercial attitude and affinity with dairy farming. Perhaps you currently work as an advisor, account manager, product specialist, or business advisor and are ready for the next step where you have more influence on commercial growth and market development.
• HBO or WO work and thinking level.
• Experience within dairy farming or a strong affinity with the agricultural sector.
• A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, where you can recognize opportunities and convert them into results.
• Experience in providing training, presentations, or guiding colleagues and customers.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in data-driven work.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English; French and/or German is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to travel regularly within the Benelux.

Responsibilities

• You support the commercial strategy for the Milking portfolio within the Benelux.
• You translate market developments, customer needs, and data insights into concrete commercial opportunities.
• You develop and provide training, workshops, and knowledge programs for sales teams of the Lely Centers.
• You guide the introduction of new products and ensure the correct commercial positioning in the market.
• You initiate and support marketing activities, events, and trade shows to create new leads and business opportunities.
• You act as a sparring partner for Lely Centers and international colleagues in the field of market development, sales, and product innovations.
