About The Position

ANSER is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support the Department of War (DoW) Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role, you will support commercial wireless telecommunications strategy, infrastructure planning, and portfolio management while conducting operational and policy analysis to inform executive decision-making. You will also develop executive communications, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and support congressional and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, business operations, strategic planning, policy analysis, program management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Government, Public Policy, Business Administration, National Security Affairs, or a related field. Will accept 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of commercial wireless telecommunications, infrastructure planning, and technology portfolio management.
  • Experience conducting operational or policy analysis and translating findings into strategic roadmaps or implementation plans.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and advising leadership on organizational or congressional matters.
  • Experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, speeches, talking points, or strategic communications.
  • Experience coordinating engagements across internal organizations, industry, interagency partners, or other external stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, organizational transformation, or project management initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting an Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) staff or organization.
  • Familiarity with Department of War or federal government organizational structures and processes.
  • Experience supporting defense-related organizations or national security initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support commercial wireless telecommunications strategic planning, infrastructure planning, portfolio management, and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct operational and policy analyses to inform strategic roadmaps and implementation plans.
  • Analyze congressional activity and provide recommendations to leadership on matters affecting DoW CIO equities.
  • Develop executive-level briefings, presentations, speeches, talking points, reports, and strategic communications.
  • Plan and coordinate interdepartmental outreach and engagements with internal and external stakeholders, including industry and interagency partners.
  • Prepare formal tasking packages and coordinate intradepartmental routing to support organizational initiatives.
  • Support senior leadership engagements and strategic initiatives by synthesizing complex information and developing actionable recommendations.
