About The Position

Eskola, LLC is seeking Laborers / Apprentices for its commercial waterproofing department. The role is an opportunity to learn the commercial waterproofing trade and grow into skilled Waterproofers, Foremen, and other positions. Work is full-time and in person, Monday through Friday, with compensation based on qualifications and experience. The employee will work alongside experienced crew members on tear-off, repair, and installation work, learning commercial waterproofing systems and safe work practices. Candidates should be prepared to work 8- to 12-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends, at heights and on ladders, and in varying weather conditions. Proper tools and personal protective equipment are expected. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are conditions of hire.

Requirements

Willingness to learn and work hard as part of a crew.
Ability to work 8- to 12-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends.
Comfort working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions.
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire.

Nice To Haves

Prior commercial roofing or construction experience.
OSHA-10 hour certification.
Specialized training in crane, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, or CERTA.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Bilingual fluency.

Responsibilities
