About The Position

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to support active commercial construction sites in Florence, Texas. Candidates should be safety-focused, physically capable of working outdoors, and experienced in supporting commercial construction operations.

The role involves loading and unloading materials, preparing and maintaining job sites, assisting trades, and performing general construction labor. Workers must follow OSHA regulations, site-specific safety procedures, and company policies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial construction experience is preferred.
• Experience working outdoors in Texas heat and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 or more pounds repeatedly.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify.

Nice To Haves

• Experience on commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with construction safety practices and job site protocols.
• Bilingual English/Spanish ability.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Clean and prepare job sites.
• Assist carpenters, concrete crews, and other trades as needed.
• Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
• Dig trenches, move materials, and perform demolition work.
• Follow OSHA regulations, site-specific safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
