About The Position
Eskola, LLC is hiring a Commercial Waterproofing Laborer / Apprentice to learn the commercial waterproofing trade and develop toward skilled Waterproofing and Foreman roles. The company has installed commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday through Friday, with compensation based on qualifications and experience.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and work hard as part of a crew.
- Ability to work 8- to 12-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends.
- Comfort working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Prior commercial roofing or construction experience.
- OSHA-10 hour certification.
- Specialized training in crane, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, or CERTA.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Bilingual fluency.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced crew members on tear-off, repair, and installation work.
- Learn commercial waterproofing systems and safe work practices.
- Arrive on time, ready to work, with proper tools and personal protective equipment.
- Follow all job-site safety requirements.
