The commercial strategy team aims to better align price with value, provide a platform to enable growth, create a more secure and stable revenue base and simplify the way we do business via the products we take to market and the Partners we engage with. The Commercial Strategy team is responsible for the commercial terms the business operates under. The team ensures alignment of all products and partner engagements including approval of any non-standard deals with clients and partners. The successful candidate will manage the Commercial Strategy Partner Deal Structuring team. The key accountability will be to direct the Partner and Redistribution Commercial Strategy deal forums and frameworks that maximizes our revenue growth opportunity and retention across all business lines/products and ensuring that the business and sales operate within a standard set of terms, at different strategic and operational levels. Supporting the sales organization in structuring non-standard partner deals within our business risk tolerance in a compliant manner is the key focus.
