About The Position

Thermo King, a global leader in sustainable transport temperature control systems, is seeking a Commercial Service Writer to join its dealership team. The role serves as the link between commercial fleet customers and service technicians, helping ensure refrigerated trucks, trailers, and transport units receive timely maintenance and repairs. The position is on-site five days a week in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Three years of experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor, or similar customer service experience.
• Technological proficiency to support efficient workflow and customer service.
• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and commitment to a collaborative work environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers, providing accurate estimates, service details, and expert advice.
• Assist in managing and overseeing the service workflow, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
