About The Position

Thermo King is seeking a Commercial Service Writer to join its dealership team. The role serves as the link between commercial fleet customers and service technicians, helping ensure refrigerated trucks, trailers, and transport units receive timely maintenance and repairs. The position involves providing customers with estimates, service details, and advice; coordinating service workflow with technicians; and building customer relationships that support sales and satisfaction. The work is on-site five days a week.

Requirements

• Three years of experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor, or similar customer service experience.
• Technological proficiency to support efficient workflow and customer service.
• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and commitment to a collaborative work environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers, providing accurate estimates, service details, and expert advice.
• Assist with managing and overseeing service workflow, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
