About The Position

PMEP is seeking a Commercial Service Plumbing Tech to diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial plumbing systems and equipment. The role calls for strong technical skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a service environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on commercial plumbing experience, identifies root causes rather than treating symptoms, and communicates findings and repair recommendations clearly to customers and management. The technician performs service and repair work on commercial piping systems, fixtures, and equipment, including domestic water, sanitary drainage, sewer, vent, and natural gas systems. The position also includes preventative maintenance, system inspections, backflow-prevention service when properly qualified, and coordination with customers, dispatch, management, and other technicians. Work must comply with company safety requirements and applicable plumbing codes. The technician maintains assigned tools, equipment, work areas, and service vehicles, documents work and deficiencies, and participates in the on-call rotation and after-hours service response as assigned.

  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work independently, manage assigned service calls, and complete work with minimal supervision.
