About The Position

Bullseye Home Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Service Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential and/or commercial settings. The role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. The company provides plumbing repairs, emergency plumbing services, drain cleaning, and pipelining services in Southwest Florida and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a plumber in residential or light commercial settings.
• Mechanically inclined and able to develop into a problem solver.
• Able to multitask consistently and efficiently.
• Natural ability to work with your hands.
• Comfortable talking with customers and educating homeowners about their plumbing needs and potential improvements to system performance and safety.
• Strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and a do-what-it-takes attitude to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Interpret blueprints and building codes to map out plumbing installations.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
• Provide cost estimates and explain proposed work to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
