About The Position

Clearsulting is seeking a Commercial Senior Analyst, Order to Cash (O2C) to support sourcing, qualification, and progression of new opportunities. This role involves participating in sales calls, managing follow-ups, and assisting in the development of proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs). The analyst will maintain accurate Salesforce records, coordinate cross-functionally with various departments and partners, and provide pricing and deal-structuring support. The position also contributes to commercial process improvements with a path toward a Commercial Associate Manager role. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, consulting, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-ready presence
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Experience supporting proposals, SOWs, or other client-facing deliverables
  • Exposure to professional services, consulting, or technology-driven environments
  • Familiarity with pricing, contracting, or end-to-end sales processes

Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing, qualification, and progression of new opportunities across existing accounts and net-new prospects
  • Participate in sales calls, capture key notes, and manage follow-ups to keep deals moving forward
  • Assist in the development, formatting, and refinement of proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) in partnership with practice leaders
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records, including deal stages, activities, and forecasting data, to ensure pipeline visibility
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and alliance partners to support deal execution
  • Provide pricing, margin, and basic deal-structuring support while helping manage contracting workflows and approvals
  • Contribute to commercial process improvements and gradually take on increased ownership, with a path toward a Commercial Associate Manager role
