Requirements

  • 1+ year of commercial roofing sales or relevant construction/B2B sales experience.
  • Working knowledge of low-slope systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, coatings, etc.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to perform roof inspections.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full commercial sales cycle - inspections, estimates, proposals, and closing.
  • Respond to inbound leads and actively generate new business through networking and outreach.
  • Partner with property managers, general contractors, and building owners to develop long-term accounts.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations (core cuts, roof inspections, pull tests) with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with production and project management teams to ensure accurate scopes and excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up consistently, and manage your pipeline with accountability.
