This role is focused on the business development of the Service Department, including preventive maintenance service contract products. The representative will engage with new and existing clients, generate leads, and build a portfolio of accounts through prospecting and referrals in a business-to-business setting within an assigned territory. The role involves understanding client needs, conducting roof inspections, preparing estimates and proposals, and managing won service projects.
