About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within the commercial roofing sector. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and sales skills, a passion for building relationships, and a desire to grow a book of business.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated sales professional with a strong desire to build relationships and grow a book of business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while effectively managing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong networking, prospecting, and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, and other key decision-makers.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Successful background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, construction sales, roofing sales, property services, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and repair solutions is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and in-person visits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, property managers, facility managers, and building engineers.
  • Conduct site visits and customer meetings to identify roofing service opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Present company services, maintenance programs, repair solutions, and roofing systems to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project execution.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and association meetings to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within the company's CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance objectives.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner while upholding all safety policies and company standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
