About The Position

We specialize in serving high-end commercial, estate, and residential properties with a strong emphasis on consistency, communication, and quality execution. The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities and securing landscape maintenance agreements with high-end commercial and residential clients. This is a new business development role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and closing recurring maintenance contracts. This position does not manage existing accounts but works closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition once work is sold. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and driven to produce results.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the high end landscape maintenance industry
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
  • Self-starter with a high level of accountability
  • Professional appearance and presence
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Clean insurable driving record and can pass a drug test and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B sales or service-based industries
  • Experience selling recurring service contracts
  • Familiarity with landscaping, property management, or construction industries

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, HOAs, and commercial property owners
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and identify opportunities
  • Prepare and present landscape maintenance proposals
  • Close annual maintenance agreements aligned with company standards
  • Maintain and manage pipeline activity within company CRM (Aspire)
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Operations for seamless handoff of new accounts
  • Always represent Paradise Landscaping in a professional manner
