About The Position

Estes is hiring a full-time Sales Representative to manage key customer accounts and generate new business. This role is responsible for driving revenue through outbound sales, account growth, and support of sales campaigns. You’ll work directly with strategic customers, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure consistent follow-through on opportunities. Travel is required — this role includes regular trips to events and key accounts across priority markets. Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives tied to revenue, account activity, and quota attainment.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Colorado
  • 2–5 years experience in account management, inside sales, or sales enablement
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Familiarity with ERP and ecommerce systems (Shopify preferred)
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to prospects and support inbound lead qualification.
  • Partner with B2B, Education, and D2C teams to execute sales plans across channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Customer Experience to build campaigns and move opportunities through the funnel.
  • Track customer touchpoints, deal stages, and close rates in CRM and reporting tools.
  • Support the proposal preparation, pricing, and contract coordination for customer deals.
  • Represent Estes in external communications, customer meetings, and events.
  • Enter and verify orders in ERP and Shopify platforms with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer-specific terms.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on open orders, delivery timelines, and account-specific needs.
  • Maintain updated customer SOPs, contact records, and portal documentation.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that support retention and growth.
  • Serve as the primary contact for mid-tier and developing accounts; escalate major issues appropriately.
  • Monitor satisfaction and proactively address challenges or unmet needs.
