About The Position
We’re hiring a Landscape Maintenance Laborer to join our Oregon Maintenance Division , supporting our Eastside team . This role is hands‑on and leadership‑focused. If you are someone who enjoys working outdoors and delivering high‑quality commercial landscape maintenance this might be the role for you. What You’ll Do Work alongside a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties Complete daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Perform routine maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, clean‑ups, and irrigation checks Communicate professionally with supervisors, account managers, and clients as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times What We’re Looking For 3+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience Strong working knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment Ability to lift 50 lbs+ frequently and perform physically demanding outdoor work Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented Strong communication skills and a professional attitude Why Join Us Stable work with a growing maintenance division Supportive leadership and clear expectations Opportunity for growth within our Oregon operations We are a drug‑free workplace.
